TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AUSTRALIA
General
Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This is a gift with purchase promotion and not a game of chance. Gifts are available strictly while stocks last and subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 1 September 2025 and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Purchases must be made in-store at participating retailers during this time. Online purchases are not eligible.
Promoter
The Promoter is ITW Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 004 235 063), located at 157-185 Discovery Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. For any inquiries regarding this promotion, please contact customer service customerservice@itwproline.com
Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, resellers, and associated agencies are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, children, parents, siblings, and their partners.
Participating Stores
Valid only for purchases made in-store at participating Independent Hardware Group retailers, including Mitre 10, Home Timber & Hardware, Thrifty-Link Hardware, and True Value Hardware. Commercial tenders, resellers, and bulk transactions are excluded.
Qualifying Purchase
Customers must purchase any Zenith™ or Pryda™ decking product in a single transaction from a participating store during the Promotion Period to redeem a gift with purchase, subject to availability.
Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive one (1) free gift per qualifying transaction, subject to availability at the point of sale.
Gift options may include:
- Zenith and Pryda branded water bottles (20x per participating store)
- Zenith and Pryda branded trade socks (40x per participating store).
6,000 items are available for redemption nationwide.
Total value of gifts available for redemption is $27,000 AUD.
Limitations
- One gift per transaction only, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased.
- Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- No rainchecks. Gifts available while stocks last.
- Online purchases are excluded.
Entry and Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entries that have been tampered with or are invalid.
Entrants must retain original purchase receipts (receipt or tax invoice) as proof. If they cannot provide receipts, the gift may not be redeemed.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the purchase process, submits a false receipt, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Prizes must be redeemed in person at the point of purchase, at the time of purchase.
Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law. This includes issues arising from technical malfunctions, communication delays, or unauthorised access.
Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.itwproline.com.au/privacy-policy. Entrants may be contacted for promotional purposes.
Rights Reserved
The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil the gift due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or industrial action.
If the prize is unavailable, it may be substituted with one of equal or greater value.
Publicity
By entering, customers consent to the use of their name, image, and voice for promotional purposes without compensation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Consumer law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
