How to use | How to use Zenith Sheet Metal Screws: - Measure the total thickness of the material to be fastened.
- Choose a screw long enough to allow specified minimum embedment into material being fastened to.
- Drill a pilot hole or punch sheet metal.
- Manual drive when joining sheet metal, Drive with a Phillips bit fitted to a power screwdriver set to a low speed - approximately 1000rpm when fixing pre-drilled materials to timber.
