How to use | Buildex® Tapcon®: - Do not install into mortar joints.
- Using correct Tapcon Masonry Drill Bit, drill hole to a depth of at least 48mm. Do not push too hard. Recommended drill setting "High Speed" on hammer.
- Withdraw drill bit regularly to clear debris.
- Fir appropriate socket (Hex Head) or Phillips drive bit (CSK Head) to driver tool.
- Position fixture to be fastened. Insert Tapcon into hole. Begin to drive SLOWLY. Recommended drill setting "Low Speed" off hammer.
- Drive screw home. Do not over-tighten.
