Spin and Hammer in Capsules. Versatile, high strength, low waste chemical anchoring system based on epoxy acrylate. No measuring, no mixing, ne mess. Cost effective means of anchoring in corrosive environments. May even be used in flooded holes! Machinery hold down, seating, bottom plates, columns, suspended services.

Hammer In Capsules

ChemSet™ Hammer Capsule is a medium duty,peroxide initiated capsule anchor.

Totally encapsulated system

Pre-measured resin and hardener

Stress free anchoring - suited to close to edge anchoring and in close proximity to other fixings

Chemical bonding - highly resistant to dynamic loading, suitable for machinery anchoring

No power tools or accessories required to set the bar or stud

Suits reinforcing bar, threaded studs and internally threaded sockets.

Fast installation: Just hammer in stud to set. Load in 1 hour (at 20°C).

How to use

Spin Capsules
  1. Drill hole at recommended diameter, to at least the anchor length in depth. Clean hole thoroughly with a brush. Remove debris by way of a vacuum or hand pump, compressed air, etc.
  2. Insert capsule with arrow pointing into the hole. For a deeper hole use two capsule end to end.
  3. Cover hole with splash guard.
  4. Hammer clean rebar or stud bolt with setting tool to the bottom of hole. If using hammer in capsule, Rebar must be free from oils or grease. Refer to product for curing times.
  5. Do not use Hammer capsuls in overhead applications
